Alright Thet!!! Thet has been working with our trainer Todd at Affronti Fitness and until the other day she wasn't aware of the progress she had made because she sees herself every day and hadn't noticed the small little changes that were occurring.
This happens all the time and that is why it's so important to take multiple forms of measurement when tracking your progress. Track your results in the gym, your measurements, your weight and pay attention to how your clothes are fitting. If you're not tracking your results you don't know how well your program is working.
